2. Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If they’re large, quarter them.
3. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well coated.
4. Get roasting! Spread the sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes, jostling halfway through. The sprouts should be crispy and golden brown on the edges.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Silani Parmesan cheese over the brussels sprouts, tossing to coat.
6. Crispy and savory, these sprouts are ready to enjoy! If you like, drizzle with a little lemon juice for a burst of freshness.
