The quaint township of Schomberg, Ontario has served as the backdrop of our operations since 1954. What began as a small dairy farm fifty years ago, has transformed into an award-winning facility with on-site manufacturing, processing, packaging, storage, distribution, importing, and laboratory testing. Our diverse selection of cheeses can be found at grocery stores and deli counters across the country, but our in-house specialty shop affords us the privilege of meeting with some of our customers everyday.
Now creating over 200 exquisite cheese products, we are proud of our renowned offerings and long history of success. A leader in our industry, the Dairy Bureau of Canada acknowledges Silani Cheese as the first company to produce Mozzarella and Ricotta in Canada. Currently, we produce more Ricotta than any other cheese manufacturer in the country.
